One year of support is included with the purchase of your product. Support beyond one year can also be purchased.
Email is the preferred method of support contact. Emails will be responded to promptly, generally at most within one business day.
When contacting support, please supply one of the following items to verify you as a customer:
- Order reference number. If you purchased a product within the last year, provide the order reference number for the product order. If you purchased support beyond one year, provide the order reference number for the support order.
- Email used to purchase.
- Date of purchase.

Support vs. Consulting
Support entails questions or problems related to the use of our products.
We also offer consulting services for Monte Carlo simulation and decision trees.
If you need help building a model or decision tree, this would fall under our consulting services and require an additional fee. If you need help tweaking a model or decision tree, this would fall under support.
