Support

One year of support is included with the purchase of your product.  Support subscriptions beyond one year can also be purchased.  Support subscriptions also include product maintenance that includes any product updates that occur.

Emails will be responded to promptly, generally at most within one business day.

When contacting support, please supply one of the following items to verify you as a customer:

  • Order reference number.  If you purchased a product within the last year, provide the order reference number for the product order.  If you purchased support beyond one year, provide the order reference number for the support order.
  • Email used to purchase.
  • Date of purchase.
